GENERAL
Time for artwork may vary, and is dependent on medium and format. Due to my schedule, your commission may take some time. Please allow at least 45 days for most digital illustrations (line art to full shading), or 90+ days for animations (this is a minimum estimate, as length of animation may also extend work time).
I have the right to decline or refund your commission for any reason and at any time.
If there is a deadline for your commission, please inform me. I will only take such commission as long as I'm given at least a 30-day work period (The only exception is Animations and 8+ page sequential art)
I will allow changes or edits to a commission as long as I'm still in the line art phase. However, If multiple changes or edits are given with a commission with a deadline, I have to right to refuse further changes and edits or decline and refund the piece, whichever I believe will be more appropriate.
You may not edit my art without my full written permission. This includes cropping for an avatar/profile pic, color changes, and any editing of the main piece or background.

Hateful themes
Extreme NSFW Fetishes (Piss, scat, inflation, expansion, birth/unbirth, vore) (ask if uncertain)
Gore/Macabre
Drug/Alcohol related material

In addition to digital art, I accept commissions for soft sculptures, plushies, polymer-based sculptures and miniatures, and various other creative mediums. REFUNDS
If you wish to cancel your commission, please note or message me.
I will only refund commissions if still in the line art phase. If I'm in the coloring phases (flat/pre-detailing shade), I will only refund for 50% commission, but you will not receive the piece. If I'm in the final coloring phases, there will be no refund for the art, but you will still receive the piece.
In the event I cannot finish your commission piece, I will refund you.
Refunds may take a month, if needed sooner please note me and I'll attempt to refund you as soon as possible.
ORDERS/PAYMENT
Payments are made via Paypal with USD only.
I will start on a commission once I have received payment in full. (certain circumstances may change this)
ONLY use your own Paypal account. Any shared Paypal Account will be refused, and commission declined.
When commissioning, please send clear details and reference. At least 3 Character references would be preferred for characters, Sample weapon/gear images with descriptions for Fantasy Weapons/Gear, or simple map image detailing locations and terrain for Fantasy Cartography.
When commissioning an animation, please send 3 Character references per character (preferred), sample background images/details, and any relevant information about view angles and perspective points.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY
As the Artist, I hold full copyright of any artwork or animation that I produced. Commissioned artwork should only be used by myself and the commissioner.
The Commissioner may use the art in whatever way they please, so long as they do not claim credit for the artwork, redistribute the artwork,, or trace or alter the artwork in any way without physical/digital written permission. Permission would be in the form of a hand-written note with mention of artwork, commissioner, and my signature.
I have the right to post/publish any commission I produce online or in a portfolio.
AS STATED, You may not edit my artwork in any way without my expressed, written permission. Please message me if you plan to do this.
By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service. In the event of an action that goes against these terms of service, this agreement will hereby retain any information and evidence for use with filing any needed report.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
Any artwork posted by me that has (1) my watermark, (2) my copyright (ex. 20XX © Christopher Bearden), and/or (3) a stated creative license must have my expressed written permission before sharing with any business or media. Refusal to abide by this will be deemed as piracy, and can be punishable by law.
